Form Instructions

Applicants for new memberships should fill out the form completely. For membership renewals, you MUST provide your name and e-mail address (fields marked with *) plus any information that may have changed since the last renewal.

  • Complete the form below.
  • Choose your membership dues (and donation if desired).
  • Click the PayPal Buy Now button to pay by credit card.
  • On the PayPal page, click Check Out - Pay without a PayPal account (lower right area).

Pay by Interac e-Transfer

We are now accepting membership payments using Interac e-transfer. Please send your payment to: membership@bobsandcrowlakes.ca

In the Message section of your e-transfer, please include:

  • Whether you are a new member or renewing.
  • The email address on your existing membership - or the email you want us to use for a new membership.
  • Your full name - or the full name of the member you are paying for.
  • A phone number in case we have questions about the payment.

Online Payment - PayPal Instructions

  • Select your membership dues below, then click the PayPal Buy Now button.
  • To pay by credit card, on the PayPal checkout page click Pay without a PayPal account (lower right area).
  • If you would like to add a donation after dues, close the PayPal tab, return to this page, select a donation amount, and click Buy Now again to check out.
