About Us

The mission of the Greater Bobs and Crow Lakes Association (GBCLA) is to preserve and enhance the quality of the environment around the greater Bobs and Crow Lakes area for present and future generations.

The predecessor organization known as the Greater Bobs Lake Landowners Association, was founded in 1979 to represent the interests of landowners, stakeholders and the lake environment. The Association was enlarged to include Crow Lake in the mid 80‘s and changed its name to  The Greater Bobs and Crow Lakes Association (GBCLA).

Volunteers are the life blood of our Association.   Many people who are interested incorrectly believe that volunteering requires large time commitments.

Not true at all as most of the volunteers just provide a one time helping hand at an event, plus have a lot of fun at the same time.

So if contributing to a good cause on a beautiful day on Bobs and Crow Lakes is your idea of fun, please contact us today.
